BeeSo may process account information, business profile information, uploaded media, content instructions, generated content, publishing schedules, connected social account identifiers, access tokens, publication identifiers, and usage information necessary to operate the service.
When you connect a third-party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google Business, BeeSo receives only the data and permissions authorized through that platform's official authorization flow. Access tokens are used to perform the functions you request, such as publishing, reading permitted analytics, or managing connected content.
Information is used to provide account access, create and manage content, publish to connected platforms, display publishing status and analytics where available, maintain service security, and support requested account-management functions.
BeeSo does not sell personal data. Information may be sent to connected third-party platforms when required to perform an action requested by the user, such as publishing content. Technical service providers may process data only as necessary to operate the service.
BeeSo retains information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users may delete their BeeSo account through the available account deletion function. Content already published to third-party platforms may also be subject to the deletion capabilities and rules of those platforms.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect account credentials, access tokens, and stored content. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users can disconnect supported social accounts, control publishing settings, and request deletion of their BeeSo account through available service controls.
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. BeeSo does not control those external services or their independent data practices.
